Conditions for Return Requests

A request for return or exchange will apply in the following situations:

Incorrect Product Sent:

We will take complete responsibility for the incorrect product by bearing the shipment charges.

Damage/Fault in the Flooring Products:

If a product delivered is found to be damaged or faulty, our quality control department will resolve the matter before final installations.

Products Unused and in Their Original Packaging:

If the customer wants to replace due to a change of mind and doesn’t like color or design, the flooring items can be returned in their original condition. 

Conditions That May Void Return Eligibility

Some scenarios may limit the option to return or request a refund:

Custom-Made PVC Floorings:

Flooring materials created or customized based on the specifications of customers are not subject to returns or refunds unless they have been found defective or faulty.

Sale Items or Promotional Deals:

Products bought through promotional or discounted deals are not subject to returns unless there are defects present.

Used or Installed Flooring:

When flooring material and products are utilized, they cannot be returned or claimed any refund.

Return Authorization:

You will be provided with a return authorization if we agree with your request under the following conditions.

Refund Policy and Time Frame for Refunds

  • The processing time for refunds after they are approved is between 7 to 14 business days.
  • A replacement request will be processed within several working days based on availability.
  • In case the refund results from our mistake (delivery of the wrong or defective item), we will cover all related costs.
  • However, if the refund is due to your wish to withdraw, delivery costs will not be refunded.
